Stripe test and AZUL affiliation

Stripe test keys: not set. Add STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY, then restart. Webhook endpoint: /api/stripe/webhook.

AZUL affiliation is persona física. Use the legal name and cédula, not a company RNC.
